I was blessed with an indescribable gift from Darryl “D-Ferg” Thompson, the visionary behind Under the Hands of Color.
Fate smiled upon me, introducing me to this life-changing mentor during an after-school program. As a young person eager to channel and refine my talents, I met Darryl, a community leader committed to nurturing young minds.
Under his guidance, I mastered the intricacies of the silk screen industry, from order management to production and delivery.
Through his mentorship, time, and unwavering support, many of us not only formed enduring friendships but also thrived as a cohesive team in our early endeavors.
Today, I proudly stand before you as a Harlem-born, Harlem-raised, and Harlem-forged entrepreneur. With over 25 years in the silk screen business, serving Harlem, I am committed to decades more of growth, community, and innovation. Harlem Strong.
